I had a property located at no 100 Fox Valley RD Denham Court, which after 6 to 8 months was with another Real Estate and was still on the market for sale.
I had an agent (not Mr Borg)) come out to put a value on my home which he estimated a much lower price than what Mr Borg sold the property for.

Mr Borg explained to me the benefits of the auction process and after a few short weeks the property was sold before the auction for a substantially much higher price than what the previous Real Estate agent estimated.

I wish to thank you for all the effort you put into selling our property at Bringelly. You really did a first class job for us. Our property posed a challenge to you being of unusual shape and design as well as being on the 4 edge of the possible flight path for the future airport at Badgerys’s Creek. None the less you took the opportunity as a personal challenge.

The efforts that you put in to advertising and introducing potential buys buyers to our property meant that over 20 different clients came and looked at the place. In comparison I know that other people in the district have had their properties on the market for a much greater time with few people looking. You certainly took every opportunity to interest potential clients in th4 property and I thank you for that.
